Abstract
This research addresses the importance for universities who choose to use virtual education, or who use part of this format in their academic proposal, to offer the student an education created with a format and under parameters that ensure the quality of the program and, mainly, to ensure the assimilation of concepts, making the students learn the subjects that are taught in a successful manner, since the development of a virtual learning environment structured to facilitate the construction of knowledge should be the priority for this education centers.
